CMAT are looking to recruit Two New Trustees

The Trust schools cover several geographically close counties and would particularly welcome representation from Peterborough, South Lincolnshire or the East Northamptonshire areas.

The Trust is especially interested in those who may meet one or other of the following criteria, HR/Personnel or Premises/Estates and Secondary School Standards or Special Educational Needs.

The work of the trust is overseen by a board of up to 12 trustees which meets approximately half termly. We are currently seeking to recruit up to two new members of the board to further develop our skills and to represent the breadth of academies we now work with. This is a particularly interesting time for all involved in the academy movement and we would be very keen to hear from anyone interested in becoming part of our team. We have recently been delighted to confirm that our trust will run two of the new free schools announced in April 2017 by the Education Secretary Justine Greening.

We are also working with a government agency called the Academy Ambassadors who are a bespoke matching service for governance.
